im a bodybuilder but i found verry difficult to add weight and to add mass.help

Tried protein nd creatine. U must have, Problem is, for a certain time, ur body sops growing and fixates on tightening the muscles, try Squatting with Heavies... It'll Definetly work...

You didn't say how old. If you are under 25, you may be overworking yourself and not resting enough to grow.

If you are over 25, make sure that you work muscles every other day, that you work them to failure, that you work large muscles first, that you eat enough carbs to grow, but not too much to lose abs definition... and that you have a protein/carb recovery drink within 30 minutes of working out.

Also, you can try to slow down your workout... 6 seconds up, 6 seconds squeeze, and 6 seconds down.

In 6 weeks, you can gain about 10 lbs, by doing these.

Drink raw eggs before your workout. Don't tell me you never watched "Rocky".
