What is wrong with me!? |
Ok so I have ADD, and I have a phobia which I get super agitated and angry when things arn't organized. But aside from that I can never sleep because thoughts keep racing through my head..sometimes I get real down and don't talk and just kinda space out and then I pop right out of it and am super SUPER hyper. I had the "thoughts racing" thing then someone told me to verbally(loudly) command myself to STOP. After a few days of this , I stopped. You do sound like you might also be manic. There are medications that could help, also. just try and relax Talk to your doctor about this..he may need to adjust your medication(I assume your are on some kind of meds). Sounds like you might be manic, try talking to a doctor. That's OCD. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder You kind of answered you own question, dude. Brother, I had ADD before they ever called it ADD. When I was young I was just way too hyper. I have never really been diagnosed with it but my mind is always racing and I don't sleep well. You may have a little OCD if you have issues with organization. Are taking any meds? You may want to. You have OCD Obsessive Compusive Disorder, talk to you doctor about things that might help you get over your need to be organized, and maybe a way to help you clear your mind at night before you go to bed. sounds like it could be Bipolar II or Cyclothemia, depending on how long these episodes last. Talk to your dr about that, and if he/she diagnoses you with any type of bipolar disorder, ask if you still need to be diagnosed with ADD. ADD can be a misdiagnosis for a bipolar disorder. Sounds like anxiety.I get agitated when things are in disarray too.But it helps me to take a deep breath and tell myself that it's okay if I don't get everything done right now.I think it has something to do with subconsciencely thinking that we have to arrange things and keep order, even when we really don't have to.It's no one persons job to try and save the world.Just do the best at what you can and damn the rest.Afterall, your best is all you can do. well ur problem is that u have ADD, one of my teahcers does too and she says basically the same thing so just talk to ur doc about different medications Are you on any meds? I think it is probably time to call the doctor on this one. My son has Add and it can be quite a challenge. Hopefully you have someone in your life that you can be real and honest with---because often with these types of things we, ourselves, are not always the best judge of what is best for us. It sounds like you might be manic/depressive as well. You're also an insomniac try to relax; look at the moring scenery; talk to someone; search for counseling If you accept your problem, you are completely normal and this helps you to consider options. Consulting a psychologist is a good option, because they will test you and let you know what could be wrong. And maybe, nothing's wrong. Take care! You doctor will be the best person to help you with this problem. My cousin had a problem similar to this, and when he'd get overzealous, we would give him something he'd like to do. It was temporary, but he eventually had less attacks. Find something that can genuinely keep your attention. It will be hard at first, but you have to focus. Get out and go to the park or do something that doesn't have a lot of distractions, like sitting and thinking. You can never go wrong there. Hope this helps. In addition to all those wonderful problems it sounds like you could be bi-polar. With that you will have super highs and very bad lows. Sounds like Bipolar, I would see a psychiatrist and determine if a mood stabilized like Lithium or Depakote might help you. add can be treated by homeopathy.!!!! |
