How possible is it still to grow in your 20's and how to do it?

I also wanna know how to:

Add muscle mass
Be physically fit\flexible
Be more balanced (instead of more top or bottom heavier)

I'm just got back into a regular training, but its only self-motivated. However i have no idea what to do. I eat breakfast, warm up, jog and stretch. Still not sure whats happening and not really convinced with results. Although my body is still more defined however i can't seem to keep the mass as it all decreases straight after. How can i prolong this?

by the way i am 22 and am 5'5"

You have to do it more than one day.

BMR only accounts for what you need to stay alive. It does not account for activity. So if you are walking, cleaning or exercising, you will burn more calories and will have to compensate.
