Bulking foods!?


Does anyone know any good foods that can be used to 'bulk up' quickly (without endangering my health!) to increase muscle amount/build. Note: MUST NOT ADD FAT..!

Try making a six or seven egg omelette but only use two whole eggs and the rest all whites.

Lots of boneless skinless chicken breasts in every possible variation

Whole weat Spaghetti with meat sauce but start with the leanest ground beef that you can find and then once you'v browned the beef pour it into a strainer and press on it with several paper towels---stir it up and press a second time with new paper towels.

Although this sounds mad, it actually works out cheaper to bulk up using a weight gainer supplement. These cost about 拢30 and have usually about 30 servings (therefore are 拢1 per serving), however, if you were to use a meal, then you would require lean meat, complex carbs and a variety of vegs (which can cost over 拢4....) so, for user friendlyness, just add a weight gainer between your brekky and lunch, and another between lunch and dinner to keep your metabolism flying!
