Does anyone know any good foods that can be used to 'bulk up' quickly (without endangering my health!) to increase muscle amount/build. Note: MUST NOT ADD FAT..! Try making a six or seven egg omelette but only use two whole eggs and the rest all whites. protein bars, high in calories yeah vegatables Although this sounds mad, it actually works out cheaper to bulk up using a weight gainer supplement. These cost about 拢30 and have usually about 30 servings (therefore are 拢1 per serving), however, if you were to use a meal, then you would require lean meat, complex carbs and a variety of vegs (which can cost over 拢4....) so, for user friendlyness, just add a weight gainer between your brekky and lunch, and another between lunch and dinner to keep your metabolism flying! |
