Please help make a healthy fruit parfait?


This is what I'm using:
1 small sliced apple
5 grapes
1/2cp fat free plain yogurt

SHOULD I ADD

1/2 KASHI GRANOLA BAR -
70CAL. FAT 2.5G SUGAR 2.5G

OR

4 REDUCED FAT HONEY GRAHAM CRACKERS
60CAL SUGAR 4G

WHAT IS HEALTHIER???

The one with less sugar of course. I suggest using nuts on top instead or homemade granola. Or just fruit.

Sounds about as low fat as its gonna get. You should add granola bar I think that its healthier and tastier.
