Weight Watchers?? |
I was wondering how well it works. Me and my sister are going to a meeting tomorrow to begin our New Years Resolutions. WW is a wonderful program- they teach a lifestyle, not a diet...they emphasize slow and steady weight loss- so don't hope for a quick fix. WW is great and you can eat anything, as long as you count it. I thought it would take a long time to loose weight, but I took off 30 pounds in 5 months, I'm much heavier then you are. I work with a women who has lost 75 pounds in 8 months using the flex points program, she has really stuck with it. Going in with a good attitude and being optimistic is very important. Good luck. Yes. I just joined Weight Watchers online and will be going to my first real meeting on Thursday.I know it works if you stick to it . It is will power and determination. I am going to use the "points" system, so I can still eat what I want, but am only allowed so many points a day.Getting weighed every week will help me be more accountable. Good luck to you girls. Here's to a thinner us in 2008!!! weight watchers works - if you stick with it. You can eat ANYTHING at WW. I lost 30 pounds in 3 months, but don't take that to mean that you will to. Everyone has a different weight-loss pace. |
