Where can I find the best information for sculpting my body without gaining more mass?


I am a 28 year old male, I'm 5'10" and weigh 230. I would like to lose weight and sculpt my body. I have been able to get into "good" shape before, but I would like to get in "great" shape. A couple years ago I got down to 200 pounds while lifting and running, but I still felt like I was too big. I'm not looking to add mass or strength, which is what I seem to do when working out, I would just like to tone up and lose weight. What's the best way to obtain this, or where on the web is the best information for this kind of workout? I am specifically looking for the 6-pack and well-formed pecs and arms.

It's considered an "adult" group not because there's anything naughty going on but to avoid the kids with questions like "How do I get muscles?" and "How do I lose weight?" which are so simplistic (and often seen here at Yahoo! Answers) that folks just roll their eyes.
