Do any diet pills work?


I'm on a 1k cal limit and burning 600 on the treadmill but I want to speed things up.. Are there any pills that might help? even a little bit? I'm starting ritalin for my ADD monday and I heard that helps... But yeah, I've been looking at dexatrim max20.. what do you think I should try?

Have tried phentermine, acomplia and also hoodia for a short time.
For me acomplia has been the best. phentermine also showed good results, but i started to get addicted and it had way too nasty side effects.
happy not to have any sides with acomplia so far.
I am losing a pound or few every week.
It is very popular in UK, Germany and many other countries worldwide. Not so much in the US yet.

See what your doctor suggests. Ritalin could counteract with Dexatrim.

ritalin can suppress hunger but gives me the spins.. maybe you should try weightwatchers? maybe vegan style? lol.

I have working my butt off and nothing was happening. I went to my doctor and told her what was going on. I don't eat fast food and and eat healthy and work out. Due to some medical complacations my motab. had shut down. So she put me on Phinermine. It is basicly and motab boost. It's the good half of Fen Fen. I has some minor side affects for the first week but then I was fine. ( Not being able to sleep and headach) In under a month I have already lost one size. Just see if it is ok for you. It can raise you Blood Pressure and speed your pulse and can only be used for 6 months. It so far has done me wonders. My doctor checks my stats every month and I'm fine. I've never tried dexatrim max 20, but I've done Zantrex 3, Metabolife, Maxoderm , Thermogenic, and several more. None of them worked, but I cant say that diet pills wouldn't work for you since everyone's body responds differently. Your best bet is seeking out a good quality opinion from a health professional before you waste your money on something. By the way, I finally ended up using Amino Sculpt by Health Direct.
