Is this a good idea for gaining weight? |
drink 2 whey protein shakes a day? 1 in the morning and 1 at night... and work out every day....add any other ideas if you know of any This is a good idea as drinking protein shakes is a great and easy way to increase you calorie intake. I would suggest that instead of drinking one at night, drink one after you workout. Whey protein is digested quickly and needed after a workout to repair your muscles. If you drink one at night, most of the protein won't be used to repair your muscles and it will be stored as fat. Sounds good to me. I am assuming you are eating other stuff also. Blessings u r woman or man? n how old r u? dont workout everyday that will just keep tearing your muscles down so they wont have time to repair and get bigger. |
