I heard that flax seeds are really good fornyour skin, but are they safe to eat with cooked food?


I was watching a ford models beauty tip and she said flax seeds are really good for the body and your skin and i wanted to try some. I researched it and people said you have to eat the seed after they are grinded so your body can get the nutrients or you could add it to your foods, but the model said that flx seeds can be toxic if you heat them up. Is that true and in what ways can I contribue flax seed into my diet. Also where can you find flax seeds and how mucd does it cost?

Most people just add them to their salads or yogurt. (No need to roast.)

i have a recipe that has two tablespoons of ground flaxseed, microwaved for 2 minutes, no toxic things i have heard of or felt,
why would it be toxic? walmart has a box for less than a buck fifty, lasts a while
