Does this sound good? |
To do cardio for 30 minutes and walk my dog for 10 minutes everyday. I do this everyday and if i don't do it that day i just add the time to the next day! For the cardio I do anything from jumping on a trampoline, skating, or dancing, etc... yes thats sounds good. your supposed to do 30min. of exersising each day and cardio you work every part of you body. keep up doing that. Yes. Sounds like you're getting a lot of excerise in and is very healthy. |
