Is there something medically wrong, any of you doctors?

Will anyone who knows anything about the medical field tell me if these symptoms add up to a medical illness?
1)panic attacks
2)racing heart
3)anxiety
4)dizziness
5)depression
6)wieght loss
7)tremors
8)forgetfullness
9)insomnia
10)nausea

And please, don't tell me to just go see a real doctor.

I have seen I doctor.
I have gotten a blood test.
I don't have hyper/hypothyroidism.
I do drugs, but I started to get rid of the symptoms, it didn't cause them.
I am on antidepressents (remeron, attarax)
And yes, I smoke a lot, drink a lot.
So there's nothing wrong?

They could be consistent with a psychological or psychiatric illness such as depression or an anxiety disorder, or could also be from a physical illness such as an overactive thyroid.

Sorry, but you will have to see a doctor to sort out exactly what is causing your symptoms.

do you use drugs including marijuana? I used to smoke alot of pot and I got the same symptoms. They stopped when I stoped

Could possibly be Thyroid malfunction. Yes you should contact Dr and they can order simple blood test to find out
