The pasta diet? |
A friend of mines said if I eat plain pasta meaning none of that heavey sauce and cheese and mess I will lose weight. I may add seasonings but go very light on the salt. Has anyone else done this before and how much did you lose? I use the "seefood" diet.. I see food and I eat it! LOL... Yeah, I know, it's an OLD joke, but then.... SO AM I!! no there are lots of carbs in pasta.so thats not true. she meant rice. pasta have a lot of carbs. not a good idea. |
