Advice for trying new foods?


I keep eating the same foods everyday and feel like I'm not healthy. Does anyone have tips for how to add new foods? I automatically buy and eat the same thing. I have an eating disorder so this may play into it, but I really do want to eat different things.
I keep eating egg whites, veggies, and fruit all the time. Fats are a few almonds a day and half a slice of cheese.

Address the eating disorder, and make a effort to buy more fruit or different fruit and veggies, and if u are lacking on protein buy beans, u need protein in your diet, and more calcium. U are the only one that can make the change, not any of us, so just do it:)

cereal with skimmed milk - they cram all the vitamins you need in there. and easy to prepare

when u try new foods don;t take like a tiny bite, you have to eat a bigger portion of it to really see if u like it...
