How to get rid of stubborn belly fat?


I do sit-ups and crunches quite often, sometimes I add weights to increase resistance. Although I see a slight formation of adominal muscles, my belly is still flubber. I do I tighten and tone my belly?

you konw, sit-ups and crunches cannot help u to get rid of belly fat. they just train your muscle, but the fat is still there. you need to do some aerobics, like jogging, swimming, rope skipping...... choose one and keep it over 30 minutes per day, at least 3 times a week.
i think swimming is best. but i hate swimming, so i choose rope skipping. it's better than jogging and more effective. it really works.
try it, and check the result after a month.

same problem let me know when you find out i do Ab Jam workout for about a week now is see a little difference

my lower abs are covered in a thin layer of fat that seems that it will never go away. but i would say do more cardio to burn the fat on top of the muscles.

Simple diet & exercise

You need to do all that PLUS cardio to help remove the flab then the muscle that you are starting to see will finally show. I'm not one to talk, I have the same problem and am doing nothing about it. But I should start walking more or doing SOMETHING!! another thing that is fun and cheap to do and really helps with the love handles and figure is...believe it or not 20 minutes of hoola hooping a day, Yes I said hoola hooping. you will notice a difference I promise and they are only like 4 bucks at your local walmart, meijers or target. Eating a healthy diet with regular exercise will help you lose weight. Try walking/jogging/running for 30-60 minutes, 4-5 times a week. Make sure to drink plenty of water. Continue to perform your current exercises.
