Drug difference of adderall and Ritalin.?

My fiance and I are on ADHD meds. He takes ritalin for ADHD, and I take adderall for ADD. He lost his bottle{don't ask how}...He can't get a refill for a few days and I told him to just take one of mine if he gets bad concentration at work. He gets random drug tests and said he won't take it unless I find out if the meds show up in the same catagorey of drugs. They know he takes the ritalin, but I can't find anything on the web to see if they are different on a drug test, anyone know?

Both are stimulants. Ritalin is a single drug. Adderal is a combination of four different stimulant salts mixed together- many folks agree it works better, provides better concentration without as much speedy effect. In a drug test it doesn't matter- the result will come back (with either med) as positive for amphetamines (which you can then prove you have a prescription for). Best not to share meds though.
