What should I change about my lower/mid body workout routine?


Right now I do:
- Squats
- Lying Leg Curls
- Calf Raises
- Deadlifts
- Weighted Crunches
- Back Extensions

Am I missing any important muscle groups, and if so, what exercises should I add? Any other comments are welcome too.

That seems fairly sound, maybe more moveents than you'll actually require for effective stimulus, though see how your respond.

Personally I'd take out leg curls. Hams should be worked adequately during squats.
