Calories in fruits? |
i eat a lott of fruits, can calories in fruits eventually add up and make u gain weight? well i love fruits too.And my favorite is apples and they are 70 calories but i found out that if you peel the skin off on it then it is 35 calories so thats what i do. but you can look up fruits on calorieking.com and it will tell you just about any single food there is. calories in anything can are you already overweight? what's your metabolic rate like? The fruits will help that tremendously. I am a vegetarian.. 5'3" l20 pounds .. I eat a shitload of fruit, hon. I lost 75 pounds pushin' 5 years now w/high fiber (fruit's loaded) low-fat diet plus I am a lady bodybuilder, marathon runner. Enuff about lowly ole (me..) I know some smart *** will write 'anything you eat w/calories can potentially make you gain weight..' That's a line of crap.. Fruit never will make you gain. Your body uses the water (it's got a high water content) out of it.. plus the pulp/fiber, goes out the bottom end of ya. Fruit's like instant energy.. instant 'life' .. (damn, I could go w/a slice of pineapple right now.. all this fruit talk did it, right?) later (melancholia) |
