I always add sun dried raisins to my breakfast cereal(which contains lots of fiber)...?


Is it good have sun dried(those dark ones) to my cereal
and sometime during the day a have a few more raisin.
I am confused, are these things good anyway? i never add suger
to anything.the only sugers i have are already added in the beverages and foods. i have kinda replaced suger with raisins
No i dont drink thee with raisin, i dont add any sweetners to that at all...

raisins are very healthy if you dont eat too many. The amount you are talking about is not bad, but just remember that raisins like any fruit have natural sugars, and eating too many of them can be just as bad as eating candy.

I've always thought they were. But seriously, you don't add sugar to say, corn flakes, or cheerios? I applause you, there is no way I could not add sugar.

raisins came from grape. grapeseed oil is good for the brain, so i believe raisin is good

Make sure that you get organic raisins as they are filled with pesticides otherwise. I use them to add a little sweetness to my cereal also.
