Since I was a kid , I had ADD, and I still have it, I used to take meds for it, but I stoped, I'm the only one in my whole line of family , that ever had ADD, What cause pepole to have ADD?

your brain chemistry is off slightly.

my best friends sister got straight A's thought high school, and even thru 3 years of college. at the beginning of the 4th year, she was diagnosed with ADHD. she dosent take her meds and she still gets straight A's into grad school. don't expect it to be a crutch and work through it.

It's in the back of the neck. A short circuit where it sends messages to the brain. My son also has it. It just didn't develop right before birth. Not your fault and not something you can control. Just do your best.

I have ADhD which is kinda of what you have but i get hyper. What causes it is that there is a chemical in your brain that helps you stay focused. ADD is attention deficit disorder, meaning you can't pay attention. I recommend that you start taking your meds again, and be happy about what you have.

A different brain chemistry causes it. It can usually be corrected with proper nutrition and supplements, since your brain functions on what you feed it. Just like calcium builds strong bones, certain foods build (or destroy) your brain functions.

There is no easy answer to your question. In some people its genetic. In others it a chemical inbalance in the brain.
