ADD, what are treathments and ways to keep it under control? |
I have pretty intense ADD, i am starting school again in the fall and i had a really hard fall semester due to ADD. So I am wondering if anyone has any ideas of how to keep it under control or what some of the best drugs are for it? Go to your doctor and they can prescribe a medicine that they feel is right for you. There are a lot of medicines out there. There is even a patch that goes on your hip. medication? puzzles? lol Your doctor can prescribe medicine for it, and you probably won't choose what medicine you take because the doctor will know what medicine is best for you. It is probably best that you ask your doctor. Include plenty of proteins and omega-3 fatty acids in your diet. From http://foradd.com/ Medication, and a very strong routine that keeps your mind working on doing what you have to do. Have friends that know your problem to keep you in check. i have really bad ADD as well....at first they had perscribed me some kind of ridldlen (i forgot what it was called) but i remember my friend was taking medication for his ADD ................ it was wierd because you get suicidal thought almost constantly.. i did not know my friend was also suicidal ..and he hung himself. (his life was not bad) |
