My knee is cracking!?

I had ACL surgery about 6 months ago. I have noticed in that time since that my knee makes popping and cracking sounds. Is that normal? Did I re-injure myself?

Sounds like maybe some scar tissue has built up and put things out of place, but it's still a little early. There's a lot of healing taking place and it takes time.If your really concerned talk with your doctor they will be of better assistance.

perfectly normal now
you could take condroitan

Make sure you don't lose cartilage.
