Knee pain help me?

hey i had recent;ly tore my LCL in my knee and the year b4 i had tore my ACL... yea and its hurting like hell and i just need sum tips wit trying to relive the pain and it dint hurt as bad as it did last tyme for some reason and i cant walk on it for now they put a three immobilesser thing on it i hope i spelled that right and last year they put a knee brace on it and when i take the three immbolisser off imma have ta wear a knee brace agian so plz help me...... to try to relive the pain ... thanks

And i have pain killers big big bottles of them i choose not to take them because it causes ur liver to mess up and u can get addicted to them

Continue to wear the KNEE IMMOBILIZER as recommended by your physician. Try to stay off of the knee and knee it elevated on pillows when sitting. You say you do not want to take the pain medicine but you will not be taking enough to effect your liver and there is really no need for your to suffer so take the medicine as recommended. You may also apply ice at 20 minutes three to four times a day. Also try taking an anti-inflammatory medicine such as Mobic or any other Nsaid. Good luck.

Consult your doctor, but use aspirin or tylenol or Aleve, and put an ice pack on it for a short while.

Stop eating olives and consult a doctor if pain persists

I think you better see a doctor. A doctor advice is always better than ours. Hope you can recover soon

Use mild heat before exercising your knee after the immobilizer comes off, when you must move it and use ice on it after any exercise of that knee. The cruciate ligaments are the thinner bones which are attached to and support the sides of your knee.
You are going to have to refrain from high impact activities in the future if you want to preserve your ligaments and bones of the knee. If you continue to take excessive risks and injure yourself, you may need to have surgery for prosthetics. So, please be more careful.

I know there is a kind of socks that can help u relieve pain.
It improve blood circulation and massage ur leg while ur wearing on it. Is better than take medicine whereby got side effect.

I tried it, is great and i recommand to friends who have knee operation and they said they feel their legs lighter and pain lesser.

If u wan to try i can bring u there for free trial.

U can email me your name and contact no. at big_no_more@yahoo.com.sg.
