I stretch all the time. What's the best way to increase flexibility? |
I torn my ACL 10 years ago in my rigth knee. I still stay in shape by running and working out. I always still feel tight in my hamstrings and I can never get loose no matter how long I stretch. Do I need to get frequent massages to take the knots out and increase blood flow to the muscles, or is there another way? try going in a hot tub before you stretch. it loosens the muscles. Your duing the right thing but it may take a few weeks before you notice a different. u r doing the right thing |
