Knee swelling and tightness? |
Fellow lifters, I need help! I don't do heavy squats-but I do squats & lunges every day. I have experienced the same type of discomfort before. I think it was a severe sprain/strain. Give it some time to heal. Ice, ICE, ICE as much as possible. After a few days try the squats w/ less weight than usual. If pain occurs-back off again for a while.
