Please help.....?

Usually, I play soccer 5 days a week plus games on the weekend. I just injured my knee ( I tore my acl). I will probably be out for about 4-5 MONTHS! I want to make sure that I don't gain any weight. Im13, 5'4 and 111 lbs. What is healthy amount to eat so as to not gain weight, and maybe even lose a little?

You don't really need to lose any weight. However if you wish to maintain your weight while living a sedentary lifestyle, count your calories and make sure it never goes above 1400. This is the minimum amount you would need just to keep yourself alive, and to keep your metabolism running at a normal speed. If you eat any less than that, then your metabolism will just slow down and try to preserve every calorie you eat (due to the starvation complex), leadingto weight gain.

hi! i suggest that u eat a little amount of food. and fast at night.
