Knees are popping and it hurts? |
ok i am having problems with both my knees. my left one i tore my ACL on it about 4 years ago and ever since the surgery, i was never able to bend my knee past a certain point. its almost like a wall is stopping it cause of the scar tissure built up. what do i need to do?! and my right knee pops a couple times when i bend my knee and it really hurts. i cant even sit in certain positions like i used to. please help=[ Don't ask us! Go see a doc. Poor Baby! How Old are you? Problems with the knee ain't no joke,especially If you like to shop or dance.I had a problem with my knee 2 years ago,I kept exercising it and I took golden raisins and gin and I am pain free,I can walk with out limping.My knee has not bothered me In over a year now. |
