O_o What to do.......?

In school today (playing hockey on the astroturf) put out a leg straight in front of myself to stop, heard something click/pop and still can't stand on it.

2-3 years ago I tore the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in the same knee and don't know what to do.

I (stupidly) didn't bother to go to the school nurse as I had ICT last lesson.

When I got home the knee was VERY swollen and still hasn't gone down.
(I'm 13 by the way)

you should probaly go to your family doctor and have them look at it....and then if they think that something is wrong with it they will send you to the ER or referr you to a specialist to have them look at. You should put ice on it. 15 minutes on and 15 minutes off. Good luck...

Sounds like you're going have a nice trip to a & e

go to the doctor or casualty if it's really painful

phone nhs help line

go to the doctor! your leg is not meant to make a popping noise. and seen as how youve hurt it before theres a even greater chance youve done damage

you realy need to get it looked at soon as in the mean time put an ice pack on it and ring your dr thay will put you through to some one out of hours cover they will help but do it now

You need to go to A&E. Not much fun on a Friday night. Should have gone earlier.

Get your parents to take you to the ER and have it checked out.You need xrays done to see what damage you've done especially after you've already had damage 2-3 yrs ago.
I wouldn't wait any longer.

go to A&E and get it checked. you are still growing and have a better chance of healing if you do it now rather than leave it. even if it starts to feel better still get it checked. it's better to be safe than sorry. hope you feel better soon.

put some ice on to take the swelling down and get yourself to the doctor there should be a walk in centre somewhere near you

Sounds like a torn ligament to me but you need to get it looked at. Why have your parents not taken you to casualty?
