First practice doubts? |
Ok well I have played soccer for a while... but last season I tore my acl and I had surgery on it over the summer... my first practice in 10 months- since I hurt it- is today and I'm worried... HELP... HINTS... SOMETHING... I'm not worried so much about my soccer skills because they're natural, but I'm worried about being too scared to do anything because of my knee... You got to give it your all and hope for the best. Hopefully you've ran on it and given it a test run. I have a good friend who went through the same thing in his late 20's and he is back and playing sports again after a year of the acl surgery. |
