Ab workout?

i recently tore my acl, and now that i cant do a lot of cardio, i am feeling fatter than ever, just in time for swim season!..anyway i wanted to know some sort of excercises that will make my stomach flatter...if there even are any

Crunches are the best way to keep your stomache flat, but try Pilates too. Pilates works your abs (your core) a lot! If the workouts are done correctly, you'll fee the burn immediately. Plus, since you can't do a lot of cardio, Pilates should work well with you since a lot of it is done on the floor (sitting and laying down). It's a great workout.
