Help me lose weight please......? |
I am 18 years old.. 5'1 and 159 lbs..... i want to get rid of my stomach.. and maybe a couple inches off my hips..i like my thighs(toned ,so im mainly focusing on my stomach and waist.) Everything in moderation. That means everything too. It's not a smart idea to go cut out an entire food group from your diet. Eat a balanced diet, and cut back on crappy drinks like soft drinks and sugary juices. Instead, replace everything with water. That being said, you may want to watch your carb intake, because many people consume huge amounts of carbs without really realizing. However, do not cut carbs out of your diet completely, just make sure you are consuming them in moderation. Finally, I suggest walking everyday, or every other day, for about thirty minutes. For me, that helps alot. Take your ipod with you and listen to a podcast, or some music. the only thing i can sugguest is adkins. meats and veggies. ONLY. and remember eating YOGURT and FRUIT..that's sugar...you might as well eat a couple of small candy bars. i'm not saying that you should not eat ANY fruit- just dont get too happy with it. That rate of weight loss is too fast - you shoul aim for 2-3 lb per week maximum. Then you are less likely to just put it back on again later. Just eat healthy foods, like fruits and vegetables. And skip out on the junk food for a little while (I know, it's hard.). And take someone with you when you go jogging, like a friend or family member. Remember that weight is just a number. Don't freak out if it doesn't happen overnight, and don't over-do it because you're still young. go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m. thers a betr idea than cutting of meals |
