Post-Surgery Anxiety?

I'm currently 3 weeks coming out of an anthroscopic ACL replacement (cadavor from an organ donor)-I am a 19 year old male and my pre surgery vitals were flawless-I'm athletic and in college-however, after surgery I began experiencing extreme cases of anxiety, including increased heart rate and palpatations, this has made me drowzy, sleepy, moody but most of all anxious to the point were I get overly excited to wake up in the morning, I'm not much of a pill popper and never will be, but can any one give me some insight on post surgery anxiety, not only how to deal with it but also how long it should persist and any precautions I should take, thank you for your time-Konstantin

this is crazy....2 weeks after i had my surgery i experienced EXACTLY SAME SYMPTOMS..then i saw a cardiologist and they said i had mitral valve prolapse and palpatations that caused me to have these symptoms......she told me to take magnesium....it made my symptoms lessen but 2 years post-surgery i still sometimes experience it.............go see a DR...they should rule out low blood sugar, anemia, thyroid and heart arrithmia...and then bunch of other things i guess
