How to get better abs in 5 weeks? |
i want better abs, theyre alright, i play basketball but i tore my acl, im almost recovered, any ideas on what i can do My friend, do crunch, after cruch, after crunch for around 3 sets of 40 reps. Then do the same with jackknifes. Do this every two days, and you'll look great in no time :) well in the summer i really worked out my abs. i had low BF % so i thought i would give it a go. I worked out for 2 months every other day. Did 200 crunces every other day and by the end i got a defined 6 pack. I still kind of have one now but i would do like probs 200 a week now but they arent as defined now. |
