How to Reduce body fat without exercise??? |
I KNOW I KNOW, YOU'RE GONNA SAY IT'S IMPOSSIBLE WITHOUT EXERCISE BLAH BLAH BLAH, but why can't eating lean foods without exercising do the trick?? by the way, my physical therapy is focused only on my leg, and i can't put my full body weight on it, that's why please don't mention exercise! only eat like half your daily calorie needs so then your body has to go eat the fat in order to get the energy it needs also make sure all the foods you eat are rich in nutrients and are good for you cuz your body doesnt use all calories the same way and calories from fatty foods are worse for your body and will cause you to lose the weight slower or lose less eat less fat foods Yes a caloric deficit will result in fat loss, but with out exercise and/or strict adherence to the diet expect some rebound in weight. I'm not an expert but probably not. Since you're already on the low side of normal weight you probably eat relatively well already... people who eat terribly and are very overweight can usually cut back a little and make healthier choices, and then lose weight without exercise. When you're already slim and eat pretty well, it's a lot harder. You would have to eat very very little, which is pretty unhealthy. Drink a cup of warm water with fresh lemon and pure honey first thing in the morning 30-45 mins before you eat anything else. It would take a month or so before you see the difference. eat lean protein like chicken, fish, tofu, soy products, nuts, seeds, Do you think that if you eat lean foods your body incorporates them as lean mass, and if you eat fatty foods your body incorporates them as fat tissue? Sorry, kiddo, but you need a science class. That's NOT the way it works. If you eat an amount of food that contains more calories than your body burns in a day, much of that "excess" food gets converted to fat and is deposited in fat and other cells in your body NO MATTER WHAT FORM THE FOOD WAS THAT YOU PUT IN YOUR MOUTH. |
