Acl functional brace? |
I had acl reconstruction 4 mts ago my doctor prescribed a functional brace for my knee for when i get realeased for sports, but this brace is over a $1,000 and insurance does not cover it. And also i remember him saying i would only need it for the first couple of times i played... Do i really need it or can i do without it? Is it better or just an assurance till i feel more confident? has anyone had any experience? The brace is only for your mental state...it will do nothing to help you prevent future injury. If you did your rehab correctly then you should be fine |
