ACL/Meniscus surgery?

I tore my ACL about three weeks ago and i can already feel like i am gaining weight and i get my surgey in one week how can i possibly stay in shape and keep the weight off??

adjust your calorie intake to match your activity level, in other words eat half as much as you do when active.

do isometric exercises. these you can do in any position without causing harm

good luck with the surgery

Swim laps, don't kick.

Cut out ALLL junk food and eat ONLY HEALTHY FOODS. By doing PT you should lose weight and ask ur dr what you'll be able to do.
