Recovery time from ACL revision surgery. This will be 5th surgery on knee, microfracture 5 month's ago.? |
I had an ACL Patella Tendon graft done in 1996, Microfracture in 2000 with meniscus repair. Then Feb 2007 microfracture, now need acl revision. How long am I looking at for recovery and time out of work. I have a very physical job lot's of bending heavy lifting, up and down steps etc. I have read 4 months is that correct. Also sorry to be long winded, after surgery when do you start rehab, I have read anywhere from 4-6 weeks is that correct? Thanks for all your help. wow good luck, 5 surgeries, how much of ure actual knee is left? If this is your 5th knee surgery, I'd think you'd have the routine down by now. Look back at some of your past recovery times, that should give you a pretty good idea. |
