ACL and Meniscal tear.? |
My wife torn her ACL in left knee and Meniscal tear in left knee. Anything that is high impact or involves pivoting are bad for her. Basketball and running would not be the best sports. Tennis unfortunately would not be great, maybe if she took it easy and didn't play too vigorously or too competatively. Swimming, walking, rollerblading and biking would all be great for her. |
