ACL and Meniscal tear.?

My wife torn her ACL in left knee and Meniscal tear in left knee.
She had surgeries to remove the torn parts of menicus, 3-4 years ago.
she can do everything with her rest of knees. she can walk without any problems, sometime she runs too without pain.
Let me know what about if she play tennis?and let me know which kind of sports and exercise are good for her and bad for her.

Anything that is high impact or involves pivoting are bad for her. Basketball and running would not be the best sports. Tennis unfortunately would not be great, maybe if she took it easy and didn't play too vigorously or too competatively. Swimming, walking, rollerblading and biking would all be great for her.
