Riped ACL?

i Think i riped my Acl (Knee)
and i caint go to the dostor untill tommorow
i caint put any weight on it and i caint streaten it and when i hurt it i heard a "pop"
what do i do
my whole leg is swelled
and my Knee looks Deformed

I did it At Cheerleading

do u already have an appointment for tomarrow... if not then i would go to the ER and get seen now....

otherwise ice, elevate, and stay off it as much as possible.. wrap ur knee in an ace bandage...all of this will help to keep the swelling down.

if u cant bear any weight at all then have ur mom or a friend go to riteaid or somewhere and get u crutches to help u get around until u see the doc and then if he says u need them take the script to the store and they should give u ur $ back... or u could just borrow from a friend if u know any one who has any...if not then jsut hop around until u see the doc...

hope its not ur acl cause if it is then ur cheer season is over and u will most likely need to have surgery...

best of luck
keep us posted... u can email me if u have any questions

ice 20 min on then 20 off repeat unless it hurts to do so
elevate it...pillow under leg so knee is above your heart when you lay down
make sure you move your knee around a little bit but not too much so that it hurts
make sure you relax!
it will take a couple minutes for the doctor to see if its torn or if there is another problem since there are other things in your knee if you feel at all like the doctor isn't right get another opinion
my boyfriend did this just last year and the only thing you can do is just be patient and youll get through it!

ice it for 15min, then rest for 5, then ice it for another 15min.
You really need to go to the doctor as soon as possible, but untill then KEEP OFF OF IT!!!
You will probably have a brace for at least a month and crutches for atleast a week. You will also need physical therapy for it to heal.
