I tore my acl in january and have opted not to get surgery,?


it is doing very well, i work out reguarly but think its time to focus on the acl strengthening, any suggestions as to what i should do at the gym?

I completely tore my ACL in half but didn't have it repaired I have to wear a special brace when I work out. I would call & talk to your doctor to see what you can do with out hurting your knee
