A mongh after ACL/meniscus surgery, is popping normal?

I had my medial meniscus repaired and some of my lateral meniscus taken out and a cadaver ACL put in a month ago. I started rehab two days after surgery and my knee started popping a week ago. It only pops when I straighten it and it hurts when it happens. I have also been on crutches for a month so it's not like I've been putting a lot of pressure on it. Is this normal?

It is normal for it to pop some as the acl is adjusting. However it should not hurt. Having been through 9 left knee ops and 6 right knee ops, my best suggestion is to contact the doctor asap.

And take your time healing it. You can not rush this or it will get worse leading to a acl failure.
