My baby is ju not eating anything after he recoverd from flu, he just completed 2 i am really getting sick abo

if i force and feed him he is vomiting .

my baby weighs abt 15.5kg 4 2ys,my doctor says he is ok let him get well, slowly but my feeling is how can he be with out eating any thing, he sees his favourite stuff like rice he is running away now, though he is playing noramlly, today i got too irritated and did hurt him, poor boy resting now.

Your baby will eat when he's recovered, he won't starve himself.

You need to calm down and just let things be, don't force food on him, just offer, good, quality food and let him eat when he's ready.

Make sure you offer him lots of water to keep hydrated.

take him to the doctors bc if he cant keep anything down depending on how bad it is he might need to get some meds to help relax his stomach so he can eat. can he keep liquid down??? and i dont know what foods you are giving him but you should stick to the B.R.A.T. diet.... bananas, rice, apple slices, and toast. also water mixed with apple juice and crackers are good too. his stomach has just been through the ringer with having the flu and these foods will help him get it back to feeling better. well best of luck and i hope he feels better.

He is still not feeling well and his stomach is rejecting certain foods.it may take longer than the flu took to recover. Some times the taste buds change for awhile and nothing tastes the same after an illness.
Give it time and be patient.Let him choose whatever he likes to eat (within reason) and encourage fluids and juices. As long as he is hydrated and takes some basic protein it would be enough for now.
By forcing him to eat will only set his digestive system back and will also make him loose his trust to you, so it will have short and long term effects on your son.
If you think he is severely malnourished for over 2-3 days you need to give his pediatrician a call
Good luck

Why are you wasting time on here, get him to ER! Don't force feed the poor little thing, if he was hungry he would eat. He is probably dehydrated. Get him checked right away!!
