I recently got the cast removed from a broken wrist and am wondering abo.ut some excercises to help me rehab.?

i am specifically looking for some excercises that will help me regain mobility and strength in my wrist. I didn't realize that the fun part doesn't really start until the cast is off.

physical therapists usually reccomend writing the alphabet in the air a few times a day. The alphabet goes through pretty much all the movements your joint can make.

mastturbation. yahoo made me spell it wrong... lots of wrist movement. it will make your wrist strong, you always have the motivation, and it has its own rewards.

you can do some excersize just don't go to hard core.
as long as you don't go to hard core on the excersize you should be fine.

I have heard that it is weak so be careful, it may need longer to become stronger. Age also, will affect this. Gradually work up the strength in the wrist, it won't happen over night, you will need to be patient.
