Daily calorie needs....help?


okey dokey,
im fourteen and weight like one-eighty (but ppl tell me i look one-fifty)
i did my daily calorie thing, and it says i need
2568 calories, i eat like half of that...while jogging abo fifteen minutes twice a week and going to the gym like two or three times a week, for thirty minutes

my question is..
if i stay on this plan
will i lose about fifty pounds or more before june 1st?

OMG! We have to the same goals! My end date is June 15.

What I learned is, everytime you are uncertain you are loosing enough/on time, exersize more. You can definetly add more exersize to "your" ruitine. If you don't see results, exersize 1 hour instead of 30 minutes. Actually a better idea is, if you don't see results, add 5 minutes everytime you exersize until your body gets used to the extra exersize.

Some tips for food are:
1. Only eat till plate is half full
2. Eat fruits, nuts, oats in place of snacks
3. Drink only water, unsweetened tea, with milk only once in a while

If you do that, you will be fine. Just remember, when you doubt, exersize longer.

ya sounds good, thats about 2-3 pounds a week wich is healthy, and normal, good job! you can easily drop that by june 1st

Try cutting your calories more if you can, also watch what you eat. If it has trans fat, try out best to stay away from it because that's the worst fat you can take in, right after is saturated fat. It's not the fact that it's really bad, it's just had to burn off. If you want you can start taking Omega 3 pills which has fish oil because really...we are supposed to be eating fish 3 times a week but not everyone does that so just stick with the pills, it cleans out your veins. Also, eat the right amount of veggies...you really need them too because of how super healthy some are.


Also...almonds increase your metabolism

Depending on what you eat, how often you eat and your metabolic rate you should. If you eat 3 reasonable portioned meals with healthy snacks in between, lots of fruit, veggies, whole grain, nuts like almost and walnuts (unsalted) and no fatty foods or fried foods and drink lots of water, then yes.

Ya! You are really getting up thgere! I go to a private wrestling camp twice a week and I really get a workout!

Hey it will all work but you never say on ur diets and u never go to the gym anymore! :(
