okey dokey, OMG! We have to the same goals! My end date is June 15. ya sounds good, thats about 2-3 pounds a week wich is healthy, and normal, good job! you can easily drop that by june 1st Try cutting your calories more if you can, also watch what you eat. If it has trans fat, try out best to stay away from it because that's the worst fat you can take in, right after is saturated fat. It's not the fact that it's really bad, it's just had to burn off. If you want you can start taking Omega 3 pills which has fish oil because really...we are supposed to be eating fish 3 times a week but not everyone does that so just stick with the pills, it cleans out your veins. Also, eat the right amount of veggies...you really need them too because of how super healthy some are. Depending on what you eat, how often you eat and your metabolic rate you should. If you eat 3 reasonable portioned meals with healthy snacks in between, lots of fruit, veggies, whole grain, nuts like almost and walnuts (unsalted) and no fatty foods or fried foods and drink lots of water, then yes. Ya! You are really getting up thgere! I go to a private wrestling camp twice a week and I really get a workout! Hey it will all work but you never say on ur diets and u never go to the gym anymore! :( |
